Parent Involvement
Volunteering
Parents and family members are always welcome to participate in activities held at OLPHA. By working together, we can enrich the educational experience of our children.
The following procedures for volunteering should be followed:
- Contact the classroom teacher or other appropriate personnel.
- Stop by the school office to sign in.
- When the volunteer activity is completed, return to the school office and sign out.
- All volunteers who will be in direct contact with children must complete a volunteer application, criminal history background check, and attend a safe environment class as required by the Diocese of Corpus Christi.
Applications are available in the school office.
Room Parents:
Each class has a designated Room Parent(s) that helps the teacher facilitate classroom special activities and events throughout the year.
