Extracurricular Activities

National Junior Honor Society:
OLPH Academy was granted a Charter on July 2009 and therefore, this chapter is based on the National Honor Society Guideline. The purpose of NJHS is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, to develop character, and to encourage citizenship. The School’s constitution and guidelines may be found with one of the sponsors, Mrs. Iliana Ortiz.

Dance Lessons:
Dance lessons are available every Wednesday during PE times for a $40 fee per student per month. Fees are payable to Cindy Sandoval, the instructor.

Chess Club:

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Academy Chess Club meets every Thursday after school.  Students from 1st through 8th grade are invited to join.  Fees are payable to Rey Contreras, the Chess Coach.

Extra-curricular Activities Pick-up Policy:
Parents or guardians must pick-up their child promptly at the end of a scheduled practice or event. Students not picked up will be sent to extended day care for a fee.
