Meet Mrs. Gracia
Hello everyone!
My name is Monica Gracia. I'm a graduate of Texas A&M Corpus Christi with a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies: EC-4th grade. I am certified to teach in Texas and this is my ninth year teaching.
Kindergarten is an exciting time in your child's life and I'm so happy to be apart of it. Every week we'll be learning skills that will help your child read beginner level books and eventually write sentences. Their little faces are the best when they begin to recognize sight words and read small sentences. They get so excited and look forward to reading everyday. They will also learn math concepts during our calendar time. Concepts are enhanced during music time in which students get to sing and dance while reviewing what's being discussed in class.
